Many of you know about my brother who has been fighting for custody of my 4 y/o nephew. Well, Petey ( my nephew ) needs your prayers desperately now. When my brother picked him up yesterday, Petey began to cry as soon as he got in the car ( away from his mother). Today when he took his bath, he cried again and said his back hurt. My brother looked at his back and found a huge bruise (@ 2" x1") in the center of his back. When asked what happened, Petey said Brucie (mom's boyfriend) threw a truck at him, then mommy and Brucie hit him. My brother took photos, called CPS, and his attorney. He wants her custody revoked immediately - BUT -we have been down this road before. The last time we called CPS, they told us we needed a doctor to call. Everytime she calls CPS, they are at my brothers house within the hour. My brother called earlier today, he was told they have 24 hours to respond. We haven't heard anything yet. It is now 10pm on a Saturday night. We now believe everytime his mother violated the visitation agreement was because of bruising or injury. ( No we cannot prove it, they are just suspicions)
This is a 4 y/o child who is being abused by his mother and no one (the courts) will do anything for him. He is helpless! Please, PLEASE, PLEASE pray for him to be protected from this monster who claims to be a "good mother". Please pray that the courts will finally see what is going on here and remove him permanently from his mother, to protect him! I don't know what else to do, I am begging for your help, thoughts, prayers, anything to help my nephew, He is just a child and cannot protect himself. thank you.
